Owner of Mission Fitness, Nick Murphy has 20+ years of experience working with world class power lifters, body builders, and strong men. Coming from this elite background, Nick is equipped to empower clients across the fitness spectrum. From seniors seeking to restore strength to men and women striving to lose weight; athletes striving to achieve peak performance and everyone in between, Nick has seen it all.
Nick holds Personal Trainer Certification from the World Instructor Training Schools (WITS), an organization recognized by the U.S. Dept. of Education and U.S. Dept. of Defense. He is a recommended trainer for WITS interns for his experience and extensive knowledge.
Jill Murphy started out in the health and fitness industry when she decided to personally develop more muscle tone in her body. That personal passion led her to share it with others, becoming the successful trainer that she is today. Her clientele’s goals range from weight loss to building strength, each being taught how to achieve and maintain overall health. The knowledge that she has gained throughout her many years of experience has given her the opportunity to now teach the certified personal trainer course for World Instructor Training School (WITS) at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, New York.
Jill is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and received her Master's in Exercise Science from Cal University of Pennsylvania.
Nick and Jill are a married couple who's heart and passion is to teach people how to achieve an overall healthy lifestyle, and guide them on how to make a long term successful change.
